I was upset about a faulty repair from another shop.Rob listened to me when he didn't make a dime off me,and offered suggestions.i finally got tired of the run around " warranty" of the franchise transmission shop.Rob got me straightened out.No run around or wasted money. Only money I wasted was at the franchise shop. Never again. Ty so much.

Can not say enough about the level of service I receive from Robert at RK Trans. When was the last time that you heard a garage say I can not work on your car that day as we are closed so myself and my employees can attend advanced power train or electronics training? I have lived in the Raleigh area for 25 + years and can honestly say I would not trust anyone else to work on my cars. Quality work......
