Day before yesterday is a very good example of why I will only use Real World Auto for my repairs and service. I brought my truck in to check for a problem and while they had it on the lift found where someone or something had cut my CV boot and I had lost all the axle grease. If it had not been for their thoroughness and attention to detail I wouldn't have known about it until my axle failed and had a way worse problem. This is just one reason I drive over an hour to take my vehicles to them when I have dozens of mechanics within a few miles of me. Nothing in this world is cheap anymore but they also don't overcharge you or tack on things that don't need to be done. They make helpful suggestions and tell you what needs to be done and what can wait if you can't afford it right now. Words I use to describe them are honest, experienced, skillful, extremely nice, compassionate, and meticulous. I won't recommend anyone other than Tim and his crew at Real World Auto even though I have other personal friends who are mechanics.

Took my truck and my gf's vehicle in for oil changes and found a small issue with some o rings on both. Real World, as always, had the parts ordered and on the way and a plan laid out before I could blink. They NEVER upsell or do unnecessary work. If something is optional they will tell you and let you decide if you want it done. If something is going to damage your vehicle and needs to be fixed right now they will tell you that too, but still leave the decision in your hands. Let's face it... vehicle maintenance and repairs are not cheap anymore, but Tim and his staff have ALWAYS been fair and as easy on my wallet as they possibly could be... sometimes even cutting themselves short. The biggest things with Real World Auto are honesty, integrity, experience, knowing what they're doing and customer service. You will not find any shade tree shenanigans there and you will not find a better experience anywhere else. They do something there that many have forgotten how to do... they treat every customer just like they would want their family to be treated if it was their vehicle. I WILL NOT take my vehicles anywhere else if I have a choice.

Tim and his team were fantastic! He got me right in, stayed in constant communication and the team in its entirety was very professional! I wish I could leave more that 5 stars because I certainly would! 11/10 recommended!
