Thank you again RK Transmission for the excellent and expert service on our 2010 Outback. New front axles and it drives like new. With two Subarus both with replaced transmissions and front axles, they keep going. 2010 Outback with over 130K miles and 2015 Forester with 260K miles. I went to keffer dodge in Charlotte and was told I needed a $12k new transmission and that no work would be preformed if I didn't get it. Brought it here, was told I didn't need it and that it could be worked on. I am currently VERY happy with the work and services preformed. I have to drive to California so I will update once there.

Robert runs the kind of shop most of us hope for — not just honest and fair, but he’s also extremely knowledgeable and just a super nice guy. I brought him a problem with an old car - a problem it turns out I created when I was doing my own work on it, and he listened to me carefully when I brought it in. He also carefully went about the repairs, and it ran beautifully when I got it home. I couldn’t recommend RK Transmission more highly.

Great, thorough service and Robert is always forthcoming about answering questions and explaining costs.

Had my 2008 Fusion transmission replaced in July 2021. Very professional and most of all very thorough. After the inspection of the issue a detailed summary of the options to rebuild or replace with a new one. (vs just a rebuild) We got the replacement. Told us to drive it a couple of weeks to brake it in and bring it back for an inspection to make sure there were no leaks. (Yes! they do that) Highly recommend RK Transmission and Auto Repair. Great staff and most all good people!

5-Star! Robert at RK Trans & Auto was terrific in service and in communication and on pricing. His biggest problem is that he goes through times of being very, very busy--because he and his team are very good. He was very helpful to us in dealing with our older car with as transmission problem.
